Limited Duration Premium Residency

A temporary residency for eligible individuals, ideal for short-term projects, investments, or exploring Saudi Arabia’s business and lifestyle.

  • Valid reason (employment, business, education, or medical treatment)
  • Compliance with Saudi Premium Residency criteria

Investor Residency

  • Investment of at least SAR 7,000,000 in economic activities, with a valid MISA investment licence
  • Valid Commercial Registration and a Memorandum of Association showing investor shares

  • Executives: SAR 80,000+ monthly wage, Level 1 or 2 employment contract

  • Second category: SAR 15,000,000 investment, 10% minimum share, 10 jobs in year one and 10 in year two
Duration
First category: 5 years with renewal after 30 months. Second category: pathway to permanent residency
