Premium Residency questions
Which pathway should I consider?
Start with the evidence you already have: an eligible employment contract, recognised achievements, a business investment, founder funding or qualifying property. If none fits, consider the limited or unlimited duration products.
What are the government fees?
The five specialist products each have a SAR 4,000 product fee. Limited Duration costs SAR 100,000 per year. Unlimited Duration costs SAR 800,000 once. Advisory fees, if applicable, are quoted separately.
Can my family apply with me?
Eligible family members may be included. Tell your adviser who will apply so they can check the relationship, age and supporting documents for each person.
Which documents should I prepare?
Start with valid passports and evidence of financial solvency. The additional documents depend on your pathway, such as employment records, funding agreements or a property valuation.
Does buying a property guarantee residency?
The Real Estate Owner product requires qualifying ownership or usufruct worth at least SAR 4 million. The property and applicant must meet the Center’s criteria, and the Center decides the application.
What happens after I enquire?
An adviser reviews your circumstances and discusses a suitable pathway, the evidence you will need and any advisory fees before you decide whether to proceed.
Tell us which pathway you’re considering and who will apply with you. An adviser will follow up by email.
